Hands feeling a bit rough and dry?
Some simple ideas to give your hands a little love.
Take the face routine to the hands.
Take the excess serums and creams you put on your face onto the back of your hands.
At night put socks and/or occlusive wrap on your hands for 20 min after to really lock it in.
A heavy cream or ointment helps keep your hands soft and moisturized.
Carry a little container of it with you so you can rehydrate after washing hands.
Focus on the backs of the hands so that the grippy part of the hand isn’t so slicked up.
